摘　　要：通过回顾大量文献,阐述了养老护理员职业认同的概念以及在临床护理中的作用,将国内外养老护理员职业认同的评估方法、影响因素以及最新的干预研究进展进行综述,旨在为我国养老护理员职业认同相关研究提供参考。Through reviewing a large number of literatures,the concept of professional identity of caregivers for the elderly and its role in clinical nursing are described.The assessment methods,influencing factors,and the latest progress in intervention research of nursing care professionals at home and abroad are reviewed,in order to provide the reference for the study on the professional identity of caregivers for the elderly in China.
