摘　　要：为了摆脱经济困境,朝鲜通过了解中国改革开放的经验,制定了改革开放政策,开始经济改革。为了吸引外资的投入,朝鲜积极改善国内投资环境,推行投资激励政策,同时加强在外资领域的立法,以调整涉外民商事关系。朝鲜《涉外民事关系法》是朝鲜涉外民商事法律制度中的重要法律,对调整涉外民商事关系至关重要。作为涉外法律体系中的"桥头堡",该法对朝鲜本国经济的发展起到了不容小觑的作用。In order to get rid of the economic difficulties,Democratic People＇s Republic of Korea started the policy of reform and opening up on the basis of the experience of the economic reform and opening up to China.In order to attract foreign investment,DPRK adjusts its investment environment,strengthens foreign investment legislation,implements investment incentive policies,and introduces laws to adjust wholly foreign-owned commercial relations.The law of Democratic People＇s Republic of Korea＇s foreign-related civil relations is an important law for the adjustment of foreign commercial legal system,which is vital to the adjustment of foreign business relations.As a bridgehead in the foreign related legal system,this law has played an important role in the development of the Korean national economy.
