维A酸类药物联合针灸治疗女性寻常型痤疮45例临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨维A酸类药物联合针灸治疗女性寻常型痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法选择医院2015年2月至2017年1月收治的女性寻常型痤疮患者90例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予维A酸类药物联合针灸治疗。结果观察组总有效率为88.89%,显著高于对照组的71.11%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组痤疮瘢痕权重(ECCA)评分及痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评分分别为(47.23±10.25)分和(16.26±5.19)分,显著低于对照组的(58.35±13.62)分和(22.53±6.27)分(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组GAGS分级属轻度的比率为60.00%,显著高于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组总满意率为84.44%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(4.44%比6.67%,P>0.05)。结论维A酸类药物联合针灸治疗女性寻常型痤疮疗效较好,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of retinoic acid drugs combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of female acne vulgaris.Methods Totally 90 female patients with acne vulgaris admitted to our hospital from February2015 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the observation group was given retinoic acid drugs combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%,which was significantly higher than 71.11% of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the scores of ECCA and GAGS in the observation group were（47.23 ± 10.25） points and（16.26 ± 5.19） points,which were significantly lower than（58.35 ± 13.62） points and（22.53 ± 6.27） points in the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the mild ratio of GAGS grades in the observation group was60.00%,which was significantly higher than 33.33% in the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the total satisfaction rate in the observation group was 84.44%,which was significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups（4.44% vs.6.67%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Retinoic acid drugs combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of female acne vulgaris has good efficacy and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
