摘　　要：基于对信阳市新型农业经营者主体发展现状的调查,提出通过健全制度支撑、整合社会力量、构建综合服务体系等措施推动信阳市新型农业经营主体发展。Based on the investigation of the status quo of the development of the new agricultural operators in xinyang city,this paper puts forward the measures of improving the institutional support,integrating the social forces,and constructing the comprehensive service system to promote the development of the new agricultural business entities in xinyang city.
