摘 要:石墨烯具有优良的力学、电学、热学性能,对提高电磁轨道炮滑动电接触性能具有较大的应用潜力。通过理论分析和仿真研究,对石墨烯涂层应用在枢轨界面进行了分析;通过设计对比试验,在相同的条件下,对普通U形电枢和石墨烯涂层U形电枢进行了发射试验。结果表明:石墨烯涂层有利于改善枢轨界面间的电接触状态,具有良好的通流能力;石墨烯涂层对提高电枢速度、减少界面间热量的产生表现出了积极的作用,且具有抗电弧烧蚀和润滑的作用。该研究结果为改进电磁轨道炮滑动电接触特性提供了参考和指导。Graphene,with excellent mechanical,electrical and thermal properties,has great potential to improve the sliding electrical contact performance of electromagnetic railgun. An analysis was made of the application of graphene coating to the interface between rails and armature through theoretical analysis and simulation study. Besides,U-shaped armatures coated with without graphene were launched comparatively under the same condition. The research results show that the graphene coating is beneficial to improving the electrical contact state of the interface between rails and armature and has good transmission current capacity. In addition,the graphene coating not only plays an active role in improving armature speed and decreasing the heat generation of the interface between rails and armature,but also has the function of arc-resistance and lubrication. The research results can provide the reference and guidance for improving the sliding electrical contact performance of electromagnetic railgun.
