摘 要:针对县域资源环境承载力评价的问题,以四川省彭山区为例,从本底和状态两个角度构建承载力评价指标体系,采用GIS空间叠置分析、单因素评价和指标权重法等方法对研究区地质环境承载能力进行了评价,得到了彭山区地质灾害易发性、地质灾害危险性、地质灾害易损性和地质灾害风险性的评价结果,形成了县域地质环境承载力评价的技术流程。结果表明彭山区地质环境的承载本底和承载状态均较好。研究成果可对成渝经济区内其他县(区)地质环境承载力研究起到示范作用。This paper proposed a procedure to evaluate the carrying capacity of geology in prefectural territory area and applied this procedure to the evaluation of carrying capacity of geology in Pengshan county,Sichuan province.First,an index system of evaluation was built from two perspectives:carrying background and actuality.Second,an evaluation result was obtained using spatial overlay analysis,singlefactor assessment and index-weight method.Finally,the probability assessment,hazard assessment,vulnerability assessment and competitive risk assessment on geological disasters were obtained based on the evaluation result.The evaluation result showed that the carrying background and actuality of geology environment in Pengshan are in good condition.Furthermore,the proposed procedure can be applied to other prefectural territory area in Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone.
