摘 要:辽宁爪鲵和吉林爪鲵分布于中国辽宁和吉林东部的狭窄区域。本研究应用线粒体细胞色素b(Cytb)基因序列分析方法对爪鲵遗传多样性进行评估,为资源保护与管理提供基础资料。研究共采集73个样本,其中辽宁爪鲵30个样本,吉林爪鲵43个样本。结果表明,两种爪鲵种群遗传多样性水平很低,但吉林爪鲵略高于辽宁爪鲵;辽宁爪鲵种群间存在较小遗传分化,而吉林爪鲵种群间无遗传分化;辽宁爪鲵和吉林爪鲵种群均呈现多系的谱系结构,建议将两个物种分别作为一个管理单元加以保护。O. zhaoermii and O. zhangyapingi are distributed in eastern of Liaoning and Jilin province,a narrow zone. This study attempt to evaluate the genetic diversity of the populations for two species using the mitochondrial cytochrome b gene sequences,so as to provide basic data for resource protection and management. Total 73 samples including 30 samples of O. zhaoermii and 43 samples of O.zhangyapingi were collected. The results showed that genetic diversity of the clawed salamanders populations were very low and O. zhangyapingi was a little higher than O. zhaoermii. There was the little genetic differentiation between populations of O. zhaoermii,in contrast,there was no genetic differentiation between populations of O. zhangyapingi. The populations of two species were the polyphyly that suggested each species was regard as a management unit to protect.
