摘 要:由于硫铁矿的存在,燃煤机组中磨煤机磨损严重,同时硫铁矿的燃烧又产生大量二氧化硫等污染气体,增加了电厂运行成本,因此提出利用气-固流化床对磨煤机返料进行筛选,降低硫铁矿含量。以贵州某电厂磨煤机返料为实验对象,利用流化床实验台进行流化分选,研究流化风速和压降对分选效果的影响。结果表明,流化效果比较理想,分离出来的重产物全硫含量为15.5%,铁元素含量为9.01%,灰分含量为72.3%,可以脱除大部分硫铁矿等不可燃物质,减少了磨煤机磨损,降低了电厂运行成本。Due to the presence of pyrite,the abrasion of coal mill is serious. At the same time,the burning of pyrite also produces a lot of sulfur dioxide and other polluting gases,which increases the operating cost of the plant. Therefore,it is proposed to filter the coal return material by gas-solid fluidized bed to reduce the content of pyrite. Based on the return material of coal mill in a power plant in Guizhou Province,fluidized bed was used to study the effect of fluidized wind speed and pressure drop on the separation effect. Results show that the fluidization effect is ideal,the separated heavy product total sulfur content is 15. 5%,iron content is 9. 01%,the ash content is 72. 3%. It can remove most of the non-combustible materials such as pyrite,reduce the wear of coal mill,and reduce the operation cost of power plant.
