政社脱钩背景下我国单项体育协会改革相关问题的研究——以足协为例

摘　　要：在政社脱钩的大背景下,相较于以往单纯依附于政府职能的运营模式,我国现行的单项体育协会运行与管理机制取得了变革性的突破。认为,今后我国单项体育协会发展可能面临创收能力弱、经费不足,个人会员入会受限,项目推广普及艰难等问题。针对以上问题,提出单项体育协会应提高协会创收能力,加强财务管理;最大限度地吸引会员入会,加强对会员的管理;强化公共关系意识,树立自身良好形象。旨在推动我国单项体育协会改革的顺利进行。Under the background of decoupling from governmental operations,and compared with the previous operation mode of simply relying on government functions,China＇s current sport associations＇ operation and management mechanism have made a revolutionary breakthrough.It is believed that in the future,the development of sport associations in China may face issues such as weak income-generating ability,insufficient funds,limited access for individual members,difficulty in popularizing the sport events of each sport association,etc.In response to the above issues,it is proposed that sport associations should increase associations＇ income-generating ability,strengthen financial management,maximize the enrollment for membership,strengthen the management of members,enhance the awareness of public relations,and establish a good image.It aims to promote the smooth progress of the reform of sport associations in China.
