摘 要:某味精精制废水处理工程采用缺氧好氧工艺设计,取得了良好而稳定的运行效果。对该系统为期100 d的连续监测显示:进水流量为1 270±335 m^3/d,COD_(Cr)、TKN分别为1 724±897 mg/L和93.5±41.5 mg/L;出水COD_(Cr)、TKN和TN分别为10.4±5.1 mg/L、0.6±0.4 mg/L和7.2±1.5 mg/L;COD_(Cr)、TKN和TN去除率分别为99.4%、99.4%和91.7%。该工程的显著特点:一是出水COD_(Cr)与氨氮低,TN去除率高,指标远优于GB 8978—2002规定的直排值(一级A);二是过程简洁,操作简便,投资与运行费用低,非常适合小型污水处理站。Anoxic aerobic( AO) process is used in a project for glutamate fermentation wastewater treatment and its operation has shown good and stable. According to continuous monitoring data of the system for 100 days,influent quantity is 1270 ± 335 m^3/d,COD_(Cr) and TKN are 1 724 ± 897 mg/L and 93. 5 ± 41. 5 mg/L,respectively. Effluent COD_(Cr),TKN and TN are 10. 4 ± 5. 1 mg/L,0. 6 ±0. 4 mg/L and 7. 2 ± 1. 5 mg/L,respectively. Correspondingly,removal rates of COD_(Cr),TKN and TN are 99. 4%,99. 4% and 91. 7%.The project is remarkably featured in low levels of effluent COD_(Cr)and ammonia nitrogen,high removal of TN,making effluent indexes far better than the criteria of first class A stipulated by GB 8978—2002,as well as in simple treatment process,easy operation,low investment and operational cost,which is suitable for small wastewater treatment plants.
