摘 要:采用循环伏安电沉积法制备出ITO/MnHCF膜电极,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、红外光谱(IR)分析了膜的表面形貌和成分,并结合电沉积的循环伏安曲线,确定了电沉积条件为扫描电位区间-0.2~0.85V,扫描圈数50圈+50圈,扫描速率25mV/s。膜电极在1mol/L NaNO3溶液中具有可逆的电化学行为,在循环伏安条件下能够可逆地置入与置出Na+。初步考察了ITO/MnHCF膜电极对Cs^+的分离性能,研究结果表明,其对Cs^+的分离性能较好,氧化态膜在-0.2V条件下还原吸附Cs^+的去除率达到64.98%,可为MnHCF膜电极应用于核电厂放射性废液的处理提供参考。The MnHCF film electrodes of ITO substrate were prepared by cyclic voltammetry electrodeposition.The surface morphology and composition of the films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)and infrared spectroscopy(IR).And the optimal conditions for electrodeposition of film electrodes were detemined by combining with cyclic voltammetric curves of electrodeposition.The optimal conditions for electrodeposition of film electrodes are as follows:scan potential range-0.2-0.85 V,cycle number 50+50,scan rate 25 mV/s.The film electrodes has reversible electrochemical behavior in 1 mol/L NaNO3 solution,and Na+can reversibly intercalate intoand deintercalate from the film electrodes under cyclic voltammetric conditions.Cs^+ separation capacity of the films is investigated preliminarily.Experimental results show that it is good for separating Cs^+ and the removal rate of Cs^+ reaches 64.98% by applying-0.2 Vto oxidation state films.It provides reference for applying MnHCF film electrodes in treatments of liquid radioactive waste.
