摘  要:目的:通过建立持续人工光照模型,分析人工条件产生的光照对大鼠学习记忆能力的作用,同时研究其作用原理。方法:将20只大鼠随机分为对照组(正常昼夜节律)、光照组(持续光照24 h)。40 d后用Morris水迷宫测试大鼠学习记忆能力,用试剂盒检测大鼠脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶(TChE)含量。结果:对照组大鼠学习记忆能力强于光照组(P=0.012),光照组大鼠脑组织乙酰胆碱酯酶含量高于对照组(P=0.001)。结论:光照时间的改变对大鼠学习记忆能力有影响,光照时间的延长可降低学习记忆能力,这种作用可能与光照周期的改变升高TChE活性有关。Objective: To explore the influence of continuous artificial light on learning and memory in rats and the possible mechanisms. Methods: Twenty rats were randomly divided into the control group(normal daylight) and the long-term light group(24 h of light exposure). After 40 days of light exposure,learning and memory abilities of the rats were tested with Morris water maze,with total cholinesterase contents in the brain tissue of the rats measured. Results: The learning and memory abilities were significantly better in the control group than those in the long-term light group(P=0.012). TChE contents in the brain tissue was higher in the light group than those in the control group(P=0.001). Conclusion: Changes in illumination time have a significant effect on the learning and memory abilities of rats. The continuous light will reduce their abilities to learn,which may be associated with the increases of TChE activity by changes in photoperiods.
