摘　　要：通过医院完善的信息化医务人员技术档案,利用与HIS系统的各种接口,得到手术医生平时的实际工作情况,并能动态、实时更新,其中包含手术医师平时的手术量、完成相应级别手术的清单、医疗不良事件发生情况、非计划再次手术以及医疗纠纷等工作实绩,据此为手术分级管理提供依据,在手术医师能力评价与再授权中发挥作用,并按照手术分级管理制度对手术医师的手术权限进行逐项授权与再授权,做实、做细手术分级管理工作,并着手实施真正从软件上控制越级手术。Get actual working conditions of doctors through HIS system to improve the Personal Archives of Professional and Technical,and the system could dynamic update.It contains the usual number of surgical surgeons,the completion of the corresponding level of operation list,the incidence of adverse events,unplanned reoperation,medical disputes,etc.Hospital managers can use the Personal Archives of Professional and Technical to provide the basis for the classification of operation management,and evaluate the operation ability of the doctors to authorize better,and make the classification of operation management more detailed,and really use software control leapfrog operation .
