摘 要:12.5 MVA工业硅电炉在正常生产过程中,出现炉况波动频繁、炉底上涨较快、炉况异常时导致单位电耗较高,产量较低,炉况的有效冶炼周期较短等诸多问题,因此,开展技术分析及研究,并与现场技术人员交流,从三个方面采取措施,炉底易上涨得到抑制,取得较好的效果。In the normal production process of 12.5MVA Industrial silicon electric furnace,fluctuations occur frequently in furnace conditions,the furnace bottom rose faster,the furnace unit power consumption is higher,the output is lower,and the effective furnace smelting cycle is shorter. To solve these problems,technical research was carried out,and exchanged views with technicians on-site. Measures were taken from three aspects. The problem of bottom-up was suppressed and good results were achieved after three measures were taken.
