摘 要:建立了锰球氮化的动力学模型,采用管式炉热重法对单个锰球进行了氮化,试验结果和模型能很好的吻合;此外还利用井式炉对氮化锰球的生产进行了初步探索,对井式炉氮化过程中炉料的温度进行了测量。结果表明,锰球氮化模型在实际生产中的应用关键在于氮气在锰球内部的扩散系数、局部化学反应速率常数、锰球半径等参数的确定;在井式炉生产过程中,由于锰和氮气之间的反应为剧烈的放热反应,反应放出的热量积聚,引起温度升高,可能产生烧结现象。A dynamic model of the nitriding manganese pellets had been established in this paper. Each manganese pellet had been nitrided separately by tube furnace thermogravimetry. The experimental result coincided with the model. In addition,manganese nitride pellets were preliminarily produced by pit furnace. The furnace temperature was measured during the nitriding process. The result indicated that,on one hand,the application of the model of the nitriding manganese pellets was determined by parameters including diffusion coefficient of nitrogen inside the pellets,partial chemical reaction rate constant,radius of the pellets,and among others. On the other hand,during the pit furnace production,as manganese and nitrogen are drastic exothermic reaction,the released heat accumulated and thus the increased temperature might lead to sintering phenomenon.
