摘 要:总结了传统预焙炭砖及自焙炭砖工艺的特点,并将传统炭砖筑炉工艺与新兴的整体筑炉工艺进行对比,提出与传统的炭砖筑炉相比,冷捣糊整体筑炉工艺利用了冷捣糊低温下易于捣固成型且焙烧后理化性能与炭砖相同的特性,在炉体内用冷捣糊代替炭砖捣筑成整体炉衬,经一定焙烧制度焙烧后形成石墨化坩埚。整体筑炉工艺不仅能够提高电炉寿命,增产节能,且能提高炉衬的体积密度、耐压强度、抗氧化等性能。在未来能够取代炭砖筑炉成为流行的筑炉工艺。This paper summarizes the characteristics of traditional pre-baked carbon brick and self-baking carbon brick process,and systematically compares the traditional carbon bricks building technology and cold ramming paste monolithic lining. Compared with the traditional carbon brick furnace,the monolithic lining technology uses the performance of cold ramming paste which is easily tamping and forming at low temperatures and has the same physical and chemical properties as the traditional carbon bricks building technology after baking. Using cold ramming paste instead of carbon brick in the furnace and rammed,it forms a graphitized crucible through a certain roasting system. The monolithic lining can improve not only the life and energy efficiency of the furnace,but the bulk density,compressive strength,oxidation resistance and other properties of the lining. In the future,it will replace the carbon brick to become a popular furnace building technology.
