摘　　要：本文在对我国影子银行宏观金融风险的表现和成因进行深入剖析的基础上,从政府在系统性金融风险防范中的两种角色定位出发,考察了财政应当承担的责任,并对已有的关于影子银行金融风险防范的财政监管政策进行了梳理,针对存在的不足,本文提出了相关建议。Based on the analysis of the performance and causes of the macro-financial risks of China＇s shadow banking, starting with the two roles of the government in systemic financial risk prevention, this article studies the responsibilities that the Fiscal department should take. Subsequently, the existing financial supervision policies on the prevention of shadow banking financial risks were sorted out. In response to the deficiencies, this article proposes relevant suggestions.
