摘 要:针对汽车悬架弹簧疲劳破坏的问题,以国内某品牌轿车悬架螺旋弹簧为研究对象,使用三维建模软件建立三维模型。以搓板路,鱼鳞坑路,扭曲路三种混合路面的激励信号为载荷,使用ANSYS软件进行疲劳分析,得到该弹簧在该复合路面激励下最小的周期寿命为1.9975e5次,计算得到汽车能够保证弹簧最危险部位不产生裂纹或者断裂的安全行驶距离约为9.98万公里。对该螺旋弹簧进行结构尺寸上的优化,再分析后最小周期寿命为2.02e5次,最大里程数为10.1万公里,相比优化前疲劳寿命得到了提高。Aiming at the problem of failure of automobile suspension spring. In this paper,the vehicle suspension coil spring was used as the research object,the 3 D software was used to establish the model. The road incentives from washboard road,fish pit road and twisted road was used as the load. ANSYS software was used to make fatigue analysis,the minimum time of spring's cycle life was 1. 9975 e5. It is calculated that the safe driving distance is about 99 thousand and 800 kilometers which the car can ensure the most dangerous part of the spring is not cracked or fractured. After optimization of the structure size of the spiral spring,the minimum time of spring's cycle life was 2. 02 e5,the safe driving distance is about 101 thousand kilometers. The fatigue life has been improved compared with before.
