摘  要:本试验通过改变锤片式粉碎机的锤片数量,研究蛋鸡配合饲料中玉米的粉碎粒度及其分布。试验分别采用18、22、36片锤片,筛片孔径为8 mm的粉碎机对含水量为10%的玉米进行粉碎,分级筛为4 mm,分别取筛分以后的玉米成品和未经过筛分的玉米半成品。采用BT-2900动态图像颗粒分析系统对玉米成品的粒度大小与粒度分布及其形态进行测定。结果表明:在本试验条件下,采用18、22、36片锤片粉碎的蛋鸡配合饲料中玉米重量几何平均粒径分别为830.53、736.36、683.05μm。蛋鸡配合饲料中玉米粉碎粒度的重量几何平均直径随着锤片数量的增加而减小,小于300μm颗粒部分随着锤片数量的增加而增加。In this experiment,the particle size and distribution of corn in the feed were studied by chang-ing the number of hammer crusher.In the experiment,18 pieces,22 pieces and 36 pieces of hammer were used respectively to hammer pills,and the size of the sieve pore was 8 mm that carried out on the water content of 10% corn.The grading sieve was 4 mm that taken the after screening of corn and the points of corn semi-fin-ished goods.The corn particle size and particle size distribution and morphology use the BT-2900 dynamic par-ticle image analysis system.The results showed that under this experimental condition,the use of 18,22,36 pieces of hammer crushing in the laying hens compound feed corn of weight geometric average particle size were 830.53,736.36,683.05 μm.The weight of the layers compound feed corn granularity of geometric average diameter increased with the decrease in the number of hammer.The particles less than 300 μm increased with the increase of the hammer number.
