摘　　要：壳寡糖微量元素螯合物的化学性质稳定,有抗菌、抗癌、抗病毒、增强免疫力、消除体内游离基、促进微量元素吸收等生物功能。本文简要介绍壳寡糖微量元素螯合物的性质与生物功能,及壳寡糖微量元素螯合物在养殖领域中的应用。The chemical properties of the trace element chelates of chitooligosaccharide are stable,and it has antibacterial,anticancer,antiviral,enhance immunity,eliminate free radicals in the body,promote the absorption of trace elements and other biological functions.The physicochemical properties and biological functions of the trace element chelates of chitooligosaccharide,and its application in livestock breeding were introduced.
