摘 要:为研究白酒糟TMR颗粒饲粮对山羊育肥性能、血浆蛋白质利用率及健康状况的影响,采用随机区组试验设计,将32只育肥山羊随机分为对照组与处理组,每组4个重复,每个重复4只羊。对照组山羊饲喂养殖场常用饲粮,处理组饲喂白酒糟TMR颗粒饲粮。预饲期10 d,正式期60 d。测定指标包括干物质采食量(DMI)、平均净增重(ANG)、平均日增重(ADG)、料重比(F/G),干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗灰分(Ash)消化率,血浆尿素氮(UN)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、球蛋白(Glo)水平,健康状况观察。结果显示:(1)处理组DMI较对照组提高50.3%,差异显著(P<0.05);ANG、ADG比对照组高279.0%、184.14%,差异显著(P<0.05);F/G显著低于对照组89.79%(P<0.05)。处理组DM、CP、Ash摄入量较对照组分别显著提高51.5%、103.91%、82.32%(P<0.05);DM、CP消化率比对照组分别提高3.22%、7.67%,差异显著(P<0.05);Ash消化率较对照组高7.72%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。(2)两组山羊血浆UN、TP、Alb、Glo水平差异不显著(P>0.05)。(3)处理组较对照组体型雄壮,敏感好动,毛色柔顺发亮,腹泻率低。综上所述,白酒糟TMR颗粒饲料可显著提高山羊育肥性能,对血浆蛋白质利用率没有明显影响,能明显改善健康状况。The purpose of this experiment was to evaluate the effect of total mixed granule ration (TMR) mixed with liquor distiller's grains on finishing performance,plasma protein utilization and health status of Qianbei miscellaneous-color goats.Thirty-two Qianbei miscellaneous-color goats were randomly allocated to 2 blocks with 4 individual replicates of 4 goats.Control group was fed with basic diet,and treatment group was fed with TMR mixed with liquor distiller's grains.Experimental duration lasted for 70 d with 10-day adaptation and 60-day trial duration.Dry matter intake (DMI),average net gain(ANG),average daily gain(ADG),ratio of feed and gain(F/G);digestibility of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),and ash(Ash);level of plasma urea nitrogen (UN),total protein(TP),albumin(Alb),globulin(Glo) and health status were measured during the test period. The results showed that:(1)The DMI,ANG,and ADG in treatment group were 50.3% ,279.0% and 184.14% , higher than control group(P〈0.05).The F/G was 89.79% lower than control group(P〈0.05).Intake of DM,CP, and Ash in treatment group were 51.5%,103.91% and 82.32% higher than control group (P〈0.05).Digestibility of DM and CP in treatment group were 3.22% and 7.67% higher than control group (P〈0.05),and digestibility of Ash was 7.72% higher than control group(P〉0.05).(2)Plasma UN,TP,Alb and Glo levels were unaffected by dietary treatment (P〉0.05).(3)Compared with control group,goats in treatment group showed strong,sensitive and active,and wool was soft and shiny,as well as diarrhea rate was low.It was indicated that the TMR mixed with liquor distiller's grains could significantly improve finishing performance of Qianbei miscellaneous-color goats and health status,however there was no significant effect on plasma protein utilization.
