摘　　要：酵母是人类利用最早、应用范围最广、产量最大的一种微生物。酵母具有多种生物功效,广泛应用于食品、医药、化工、农业等领域。本文综述了开发酵母源生物饲料所应用的三种酵母菌的特性,及其在酵母源生物饲料中发挥的功能。Yeast is one of the earliest,most widely used and productive microorganisms.Yeast has many biological functions and is widely applied in food,medicine,chemical industry and agriculture.In this paper,the characteristics and functions of three kinds of yeast used in the production of yeast source biological feed were reviewed.
