摘 要:文章分析了近年来已公开的防锈剂发明专利申请,对上述专利申请进行了技术分类,介绍了新型防锈剂的各种应用及优点,现阶段常用的由磺酸类、羧酸与羧酸衍生物类、酯类、有机膦酸及盐类、有机胺及杂环化合物类组成的防锈剂,均能对钢铁表面进行防护,防止其受到侵害而造成损失;其中制作防锈剂的技术一直在不断改进,向着提高防护层性能,降低生产成本的方向进行;文章最后还对除锈剂的发展前景进行了展望,提供了专利技术的支持数据。This paper analyzes the patent application for antirust agent invention which has been published in recent years, clas- sifies the above patent application, and introduces the various applications and advantages of the new antirust agent. At present, com- mon antirust agents composed of sulfonie acid, earboxylie acid and earboxylie acid derivatives, esters, organic phosphonie acid and salts, organic amines and heteroeyelie compounds can protect the surface of iron and steel from being damaged and cause losses. Among them, the technology of making antirust agent has been continuously improved, towards the direction of improving the performance of protective layer and reducing the production cost. Finally, the prospect of the development of antirust agent is prospected, and the supporting data of patent technology are provided.
