婴儿培养箱技术专利情报分析

摘　　要：婴儿培养箱是一种儿科常用的护理设备和治疗设备,也是一种使用风险极高的医疗设备。利用万象云专利检索平台以及Derwent Data Analyzer(DDA)专利分析工具,从区域分布、发展态势、申请人分布、技术领域、核心专利、法律状态以及中国的专利等角度对婴儿培养箱相关技术专利情报进行了分析。结果表明,该领域专利主要分布在美国、中国、日本和德国,主要申请人是德国的德尔格医疗公司、美国的通用电气医疗公司和日本的阿童木医疗公司,大多数核心专利集中在少数申请人手中。我国近十年在该领域专利申请量大幅提升,已经成为年申请量最多的国家,国内主要的专利申请人是宁波戴维公司和深圳科曼公司。Infant incubator is a common nursing equipment and treatment equipment used in pediatrics, and it is also a kind of medical equipment with high risk. Using the Vientiane Cloud patent retrieval platform and the Derwent Data Analyzer（DDA） patent analysis tool, this paper analyzes the information of the infant incubator related technology patent from the regional distribution, the development situation, the applicant distribution, the technical field, the core patent, the legal status and the Chinese patent. The results show that patents in the field are mainly distributed in the United States, China, Japan and Germany. The main applicants are Dr？ger Medical Systems, Inc. of Germany, General Electric Medical System Co., Ltd. of the United States and Astro Boy Medical Co.of Japan. Most core patents are concentrated in the hands of a small number of applicants. In the past ten years, the number of patent applications in this field has been greatly increased in China, which has become the country with the largest number of annual applications. The main patent applicants in China are Ningbo David Company and Shenzhen Comen Company.
