摘　　要：文章前部分对"盖"塑件模具设计过程作了详细的介绍,从塑件材料分析,到关键的模具设计,都一一阐述。并在设计过程中,做了一些相关尺寸的计算,得出了模具的总体尺寸,选购了模架。在确定了模架结构后,又参照相关表格查找了适用型号的注塑机,也记录了相关参数。然后利用UG绘制零件三维图形,利用UG中的Mold Wizard软件设计模具,从项目初始化,确定一模两腔的布局、分型面的选择确定,再到型腔,型芯的确定,以及标准模架的调用,顶针的确定等都做了详细的说明。In the first part of the paper, the design process of plastic parts mold is introduced in detail, from material analysisof plastic parts to key mold design. And in the design process, we do some calculation of the relevant dimensions, get the overallsize of the mold, and purchase the mold frame. After the mold frame structure is determined, the suitable injection molding machineis found according to the relevant tables, and the relevant parameters are also recorded. Then using UG to draw 3D graphics ofparts, using the MoldWizard software in UG to design the mould, from project initialization, to determining the layout of one moldand two cavities, the choice of parting surface, and to the cavity, core and standard mold frame call. The confirmation of thimble isexplained in detail.
