摘 要:水利水电工程作为当前工程项目中的重要组成部分,其施工的质量直接关系到整个的工程能否顺利运转。文章首先就该工程加以概述,并就工程专业的的发展前景进行展望。其次,针对中国当前在该工程施工环节所存在现状问题加以探讨,即专业技能人才的缺失、设备陈旧,维护不到位、施工技术有待提高、缺少健全的管理机制等。最后,从中提出引进先进的技术员工、重视设备更新和维护、提高施工人员的专业技能、建立健全管理机制等一些列优化举措,旨在为水利水电工程施工技术方面提供更多可行性参考依据。As an important p art of the current project, the construction quality of water conservancy and hydropower project is directly related to the smooth operation of the whole project. The article first summarizes the project, and prospects for the develop-ment of engineering specialty. Secondly, this paper discusses the current situation in the construction of the project in China, that is, the lack of professional and technical personnel, obsolete equipment, inadequate maintenance, construction technology to be improved, lack of sound management mechanism and so on. Finally, some optimization measures, such as introducing advanced technical staff, attaching importance to the renewal and maintenance of equipment, improving the professional skills of construction personnel, estab-lishing and improving management mechanism, etc., are put forward, in order to provide more feasible reference for the construction technology of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
