中西医联合夫精人工授精技术治疗排卵障碍性不孕症

摘　　要：目的研究辅助生殖技术中的人工授精技术(AI)联合中西医治疗或单纯西医治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的效果是否存在差异。方法对郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院生殖医学中心行夫精人工授精(AIH)的260例排卵障碍性不孕患者进行回顾性的总结和分析。根据促排卵方法的不同,将单纯西医治疗患者200例分为A组,中西医结合治疗患者60例分为B组,均行AIH助孕,根据两组的助孕成功率、治疗后排卵情况对AIH结局进行分析。结果两组年龄、不孕年限、原发不孕率、继发不孕率比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),两组临床治疗效果差异有统计学意义(Z=-4.057,P<0.05)。结论对于排卵障碍性不孕患者,在采用AIH助孕的过程中,采取中西医结合治疗的方法优于单纯西医治疗。Objective To observe whether there are differences between the effects of artificial insemination treatment（ AI） combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine therapy on anovulatory infertility. Methods 260 cases of ovulatory dysfunctional infertility（ artificial insemination with husband ＇s semen,AIH） treated in Center for Reproductive Medicine,Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University were retrospectively analyzed. According to differences of promoting ovulation methods,cases were divided into two groups. There were 200 patients treated with pure Western medicine therapy in group A,while 60 patients treated with combined traditional Chinese medicine therapy in group B. The fertility success rates and ovulation conditions,the outcomes of AIH were compared. Results There was no difference in age,duration of sterility,and primary and secondary sterility rates（ all P〉0. 05）. However,the effectiveness rate had statistical differences（ Z =-4. 057,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western therapy is superior to pure Western medicine therapy in AIH treatment of curing ovulatory dysfunctional infertility.
