摘  要:文章建立了荧光催化动力学测定水样中痕量锰的方法。在邻苯二甲酸氢钾-NaOH介质中,锰(Ⅱ)催化H_2O_2氧化罗丹明6G,导致罗丹明6G的荧光淬灭,氨三乙酸(NTA)活化催化反应,据此用荧光催化动力学分析法测定锰(Ⅱ)。该法的灵敏度高,选择性好,检出限为0.001 9μg/mL,线性范围为0.004~0.02μg/mL,应用该法测定了水样中的锰(Ⅱ),效果满意。In this paper,a fluorescence catalytic kinetics method for the determination of trace manganese in water sample was established. In the presence of potassium hydrogen phthalate-Na OH medium,manganese(Ⅱ) catalyzes the oxidation of rhodamine 6 G by H_2O_2,leading to the fluorescence quenching of rhodamine 6 G and the catalytic reaction of the activation of triacetic acid( NTA). According to this,fluorescence kinetics analysis method for determination of manganese(Ⅱ) has been built. It has high sensitivity,good selectivity,with detection limit of 0. 001 9 μg/m L,and a linear range of 0. 004 μg/mL - 0. 02 μg/mL. The method was applied to the determination of manganese(Ⅱ) in water samples with satisfactory results.
