摘 要:以水头较高的某大型水电站混凝土蜗壳为例,通过三维有限元计算,分析了蜗壳混凝土各向高拉应力区的分布范围,并根据高拉应力区的受力特征和分布范围,初拟了4种预应力锚索布置方案。综合比较4种锚索布置方案的加固效果后,提出了在侧墙与顶底板连接处满足限裂防渗要求并在左侧墙外侧跨中满足抗裂要求的预应力锚索布置方案。与已建水电站预应力混凝土蜗壳相比,该方案取消了水平向U形曲线预应力锚索,缩小了侧墙竖向预应力锚索的布置范围,在蜗壳进口段顶板和底板靠近流道位置增设了径向预应力锚索,可为后续类似工程的锚索布置提供有益的参考和借鉴。Based on the 3 D finite element analysis for concrete spiral case with higher head of a large hydropower station,the distribution range of high tensile stress area in concrete was investigated,and 4 prestressed anchor cable arrangement schemes were preliminarily drafted according to the mechanics characteristics and distribution range of high tensile stress area. After a comprehensive comparison of reinforcement effect of 4 arrangement schemes,an arrangement scheme meeting crack-control requirement in the connection area between sidewall and roof( or floor)and crack-resisting requirement in the outside midspan of sidewall was suggested. Compared with prestressed concrete spiral case of hydropower stations built,the horizontal U-shaped curve prestressed anchor cables are cancelled,the arrangement scope of vertical prestressed anchor cables in side wall has been significantly reduced,and a certain amount of radial prestressed anchor cables are added in roof and floor of spiral case entrance zone near flow passage,which can provide beneficial reference for the anchor cable arrangement of future similar projects.
