摘 要:南水北调西线工程是解决黄河流域缺水问题的根本措施。受海拔、气候、地质等条件限制,常规的深埋长隧洞输水设计和施工面临着巨大的技术难题。长距离、高扬程管道输送技术具有适应地形能力强、地质条件要求不高、施工相对简单等优点,从线路选择、水力学计算、管路设计和水击分析等方面分析论证了长距离、高扬程输水技术在南水北调西线一期工程中应用的技术可行性。输水管线总长289 km,管道采用螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管,泵站扬程200 m^265 m,输水管道能满足各种不利工况下的压力瞬变要求,可为南水北调西线工程的规划设计提供一种新的参考和选择。The Western Route of South to North Water Transfer Project is a fundamental measure to solve the water shortage problem in the Yellow River Basin. Restricted by altitude,climate and geologic condition etc.,the design and construction of the conventional water conveyance system of the deep-lying long tunnel are confronted with great technical problems. Long distance and high lift pipeline transportation technology has the advantages of strong adaptability to the terrain,low geological conditions,relatively simple construction and so on. The technical feasibility of long distance and high lift conduit conveyance technology in the Western Route Project is demonstrated from route selection,hydraulic calculation,pipeline design and water hammer analysis. The total length of the water transmission pipeline is 289 km,the pipeline adopts a spiral seam submerged arc welding steel pipe,the lift of the pump station is 200 m - 265 m,and the water transfer pipeline can meet the pressure transient requirements under various adverse conditions,which can provide valuable reference for the planning and design of the Western Route of South to North Water Transfer Project.
