夹脊穴联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨夹脊穴联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法随机将181例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为A、B、C 3组。A组59例给予常规西医联合丹参多酚盐治疗,B组61例给予常规西医联合电针夹脊穴治疗,C组61例在常规西医治疗基础上给予丹参多酚盐和电针夹脊穴治疗。观察3组治疗前及治疗7 d后视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)和血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血浆β-内啡肽水平的变化情况,统计评价3组治疗效果。结果治疗后,C组腰痛、腿痛VAS评分均明显低于A组和B组(P均<0.05),B组腰痛、腿痛VAS评分均明显低于A组(P均<0.05);C组IL-6水平明显低于A组和B组(P均<0.05),A组与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组和C组β-内啡肽水平均明显高于治疗前(P均<0.05),但B组与C组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C组临床有效率显著高于A组和B组(P均<0.05),B组临床有效率显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论电针夹脊穴联合丹参多酚酸盐可明显减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度和炎症反应程度,提高血浆β-内啡肽含量,临床疗效更好,值得临床推广应用。Objective It is to investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiaji acupoint combined with salvianolate on lumbar disc herniation. Methods One hundred and eighty-one patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into A,B,C groups. Group A（ n = 59） was given conventional western medicine combined with salvianolate,group B（ n = 61）was given conventional western medicine combined with electro-acupuncture at Jiaji points,group C（ n = 61） was treated with salvianolate and electro-acupuncture at Jiaji points on the basis of conventional western medicine. The changes of VAS scores and levels of serum IL-6 and plasma β-endorphin were observed before and after treatment in the three groups,and the effects of the three groups were observed and evaluated. Results After treatment,the VAS scores of low back pain and leg pain in group C were significantly lower than those in group A and B（ P〈0. 05）,the scores in group B were significantly lower than those in group A（ P〈0. 05）; The level of IL-6 was significantly lower than that of group A and group B（ P〈0. 05）,but there was no significant difference in the level of IL-6 between group A and group B（ P〈0. 05）; β-endorphin levels in group B and C were significantly higher than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,but there was no significant difference between group B and group C（ P〈0. 05）. The clinical effectiveness of group C was higher than that of group A and group B（ P〈0. 05）,the efficiency in group B was higher than in group A（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture Jiaji points combined with salvianolate can relieve the degree of pain and inflammatory reaction,increase plasma β-endorphin content,and have better clinical efficacy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. It is worthy of clinical application.
