通滞苏润江胶囊配合经络段“放线法”治疗血清阴性脊柱关节病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察通滞苏润江胶囊配合经络段"放线法"治疗血清阴性脊柱关节病的疗效及对血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和核因子κB活化因子受体配体(RANKL)/护骨素(OPG)的影响。方法将86例血清阴性脊柱关节病患者随机分为2组,对照组43例应用通滞苏润江胶囊治疗,研究组43例应用通滞苏润江胶囊配合经络段"放线法"治疗,2组均持续治疗4周。记录2组治疗前后症状体征综合评分和视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,评定2组治疗后临床疗效,检测2组治疗前后血清TNF-α、RANKL/OPG水平。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组症状体征综合评分、VAS评分、TNF-α、RANKL、RANKL/OPG水平均较治疗前显著降低(P均<0.05),OPG均较治疗前显著升高(P均<0.05),且研究组上述指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论通滞苏润江胶囊配合经络段"放线法"治疗血清阴性脊柱关节病疗效显著,并能降低血清TNF-α、RANKL/OPG水平。Objective It is to observe the efficacy of Tongzhi Surunjiang Capsule combined with meridian despoiling therapy on serum-negative spondyloarthropathy and its effect on serum tumor necrosis factor（ TNF-α）,nuclear factor κB activating factor receptor ligand（ RANKL）/osteopontin（ OPG）. Methods Eighty-six patients with seronegative spondyloarthritis were randomly divided into two groups. 43 patients in the control group were treated with Tongzhi Surunjiang Capsule. 43 patients in the study group were treated with Tongzhi Surunjiang Capsules combined with a meridian segmental despoiling method. Both groups were continually treated for 4 weeks. The scores of symptoms and signs before and after treatment in the two groups were recorded and visual analog scale（ VAS） scores were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment. Serum TNF-α and RANKL/OPG levels were measured before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The combined scores of symptoms and signs,VAS scores,TNF-α,RANKL,and RANKL/OPG levels in the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,both groups OPG were significantly higher than that before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the improvements of the above indicators in the study group were significantly better than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tongzhe Surunjiang capsule combined with meridian segment despoiling therapy has a significant effect on serum-negative spondyloarthropathy,and can reduce the levels of serum TNF-α,RANKL/OPG.
