摘　　要：目的探讨团体社会工作干预方法对老年糖尿病患者自我管理水平的影响。方法选择2017年9月—11月在院的老年糖尿病患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,实验组由医务社工、医师、护士、康复师、营养师组成多学科团队提供包括"饮食无忧"、"运动达人"、"家在身边"、"控糖用药"、"远离并发症"、"约法三章"为主题的团体社会工作干预,对照组进行常规慢性病管理方法,干预为期12周,评价工具为糖尿病自我管理行为量表。结果团体社会工作干预对于改善老年糖尿病患者自我管理行为有效果(<0.05),主要体现在饮食与健康、运动、足部护理3个方面(<0.05)。结论团体社会工作干预有利于改善老年糖尿病患者的自我管理行为。Objective To explore the effect of social group work intervention in improving self-care behavior of the elderly with diabetes. Methods 60 elderly with diabetes hospitalized during the period from Sept., 2017 to Nov., 2017 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups： experiment group and control group, 30 in each; social group work intervention was performed on the elderly in experiment group, the intervention included the following items： proper diet, exercise, family support, blood sugar monitoring and medication management, complication control and hard-and-fast rules, which was carrided out by hospital social workers, physicians, nurses, therapists, and nutritionists; routine management of chronic diseases was made to the elderly in control group; the intervention lasted for 12 weeks and was assessed by Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities Assessment（SDSCA）. Results Social group work intervention was significantly associated with higher self-care behavior improvement in the elderly patients with diabetes（ P 0.05）, mainly in healthy diet, exercise, and foot-care（ P 0.05）.Conclusions Social group work intervention is of great help in improving self-care behavior of the the elderly with diabetes.
