摘　　要：传统熔结环氧粉末涂层(FBE)的玻璃化温度(Tg)通常<110℃,主要用于最高操作温度<95℃的管线。为满足全球对石油及天然气不断增加的需求,油气开采不断向深海领域延伸。但随着开采的延伸,采出的重原油具有更高的出口温度及高黏度特性,需要输送管道具有更高的操作温度(110~140℃),这对FBE防腐涂层提出了更高的要求。深海开采时管线操作温度较高,要求FBE具有更高的玻璃化温度以保障对管道的有效防腐。此外,油井管内防腐、高温蒸汽回注以及长输高温管线都需要FBE涂层具备更高的玻璃化温度以保证整体性能。本文阐述了各严酷应用环境中对高温FBE涂层的要求,同时总结了目前已商品化的高温FBE涂层,以期对国内环氧粉末企业拓展产品类型与应用领域提供借鉴。Conventional fusion bonded epoxy（FBE） coatings with glass transition（Tg） temperature less than 110℃ are designed for operation temperatures up to 95 ℃. In order to meet the continuously increased worldwide oil and natural gas demand, oil and gas industry is now advancing into deeper waters for deeper oilfields exploration and production. As reservoirs go deeper, higher outlet temperatures and viscous characteristics of the heavy crude oils produced require pipelines to be operated at higher temperatures（110-140 ℃）, which impose higher requirements on FBE protective coatings. High operating temperatures for the deep-sea exploration are in need of FBE coatings with high Tgtemperatures to ensure effective corrosion protection. In addition, corrosion protections for oil well pipe internal surfaces, high temperature steam re-injection and long distance high temperature transmission pipelines require FBE coatings with higher Tgin order to maintain overall performance. For the purpose of providing reference information and assisting domestic epoxy powder manufacturers to expand their coating product types and application areas, this paper describes the requirements for high-temperature FBE coatings in severe application environments and summarizes the commercial available high temperature FBE products in the current market.
