摘 要:在SMA材料组成中,纤维用量仅占混合料总质量的0.3%~0.4%,但对SMA路面质量具有决定性影响。文中从纤维材质选择、掺量优化、投放工艺改进等角度系统分析了纤维特性对SMA性能的影响。研究结果表明:絮状木质素纤维综合性价比最高;絮状木质素纤维最佳掺量为0.35%;自主研发的木质素纤维投放实时视频监控系统,缩短了操作手对设备故障的应急反应时间,大大降低了SMA成品的废料率。In the material composition of SMA, the percentage of fiber only accounts for 0.3% to 0.4% of the total mixing mass, but it has a decisive influence on the quality of SMA pavement. From the angle of fiber material selection, dosage optimization and process improvement, the influence of fiber characteristics on SMA pavement performance is systematically analyzed. The results show that the synthetic ratio of the flocculent lignin fiber is the highest,the optimum content of the flocculation lignin fiber is 0.35%, and the Real-time Video Surveillance System is developed to shorten the emergency response time of the manipulator to the equipment failure and greatly reduce the waste material rate of the SMA products.
