编制公路工程投标报价下浮率的探讨

摘　　要：伴随着全国各地招投标规则的逐渐细化,公平、公正、公开的原则得以更好的在全国各地落实,作为一家公路工程施工投标企业,在企业业绩、人员、财务等固化的现状下,如何在工程竞标中最终胜出,就只能依托投标报价这颗充满着不定因素的救命稻草了。而直接决定投标报价走向的便是下浮率,因此,文中将对公路工程投标报价下浮率的重要作用进行分析,并提出可行性建议和意见。As the bidding rules being gradually refined, the fair and open principle is better implemented in all parts of the country. With solidified enterprise performance, personnel and finance, bidding quotation becomes the straw of wining out in the engineering bidding for a highway engineering construction bidding enterprises. This article analyzes the important role of the deducted bidding rate of highway engineering and puts forward some feasible suggestions.
