摘　　要：通过文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法对高校教师的身体形态特征和功能性动作水平进行诊断与评价,探讨高校教师功能性动作中出现的问题和不足,为高校教师提高体育锻炼质量,针对性地实施相应动作的纠正,有效预防运动损伤的发生提供理论参考。By diagnosing and evaluating university teacher’s physical characteristics and functional action on the basis of literature method, experiments and data method, the paper aims at improving the quality of physical exercises for university teachers, researches and discusses the problem and deficiency appears in university teachers’ physical function action. Targeting on implementing the corresponding action of corrections, effectively preventing the athletic injury, the paper provides theoretical references for those above.
