益气养阴、温阳固肾、祛瘀化浊法治疗糖尿病肾病的临床研究

摘　　要：以益气养阴、温阳固肾、祛瘀化浊为基本治则 ,以糖肾康治疗早、中期DN ,临床总有效率达 90 % ,与对照组相比有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 )。并有明显改善DN患者的临床症状和体征、降低血糖、调整脂质代谢紊乱、改善血液流变学异常、减少蛋白尿、改善肾功能的作用。As one of the diabetic micrangium complication,diabetic nephropathy(Dn) is the clinacal common and difficult disease because of its hiddenly invasion,high disease incidence,and intractability. We think the basic therapeutic principle to DN should be supplementing qi,nourishing yin,warming yang,tonifying the kidney,removing blood stasis and resolving turbidity. The clinical total effective rate was 90% on treating the earty and middle stages of DN with Tangshenkang created by Prof.lide lin,much better than the control group.meantime,Tangshnking could obviously improve clinical symptoms,lower blood glucose,blood fat,blood viscosity and fibrinogen,reduce urinary protein and improve the renal function.
