摘　　要：目的探讨PPDO锯齿线结合PPDO螺旋线皮下埋置提升紧致的临床体会。方法选择皮下埋置提升紧致患者90例根据治疗方法分组。对照组给予单一PPDO锯齿线治疗,观察组则给予PPDO锯齿线联合PPDO螺旋线治疗。比较效果。结果观察组皮下埋置提升紧致效果、手术开展平均时间、患者自信心、社交生活质量优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组手术并发症发生率和对照组差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论 PPDO锯齿线联合PPDO螺旋线治疗皮下埋置提升紧致的应用效果确切。Objective To investigate the clinical experience of PPDO sawtooth line combined with PPDO helix subcutaneous embedding and lifting compaction. Methods 90 patients with subcutaneous implants were selected and divided into groups according to the treatment. The control group was treated with a single PPDO serrated line. The observation group was treated with PPDO sawtooth line combined with PPDO spiral therapy. The effect was compared. Results The observation group＇s subcutaneous embedding and lifting firming effect, average time for surgical operation, patient＇s self-confidence and social life quality were better than the control group, P〈0.05. There was no significant difference in the incidence of surgical complications between the observation group and the control group, P〉0.05. Conclusion The application of PPDO sawtooth line combined with PPDO helix for subcutaneous embedding and lifting compaction is effective.
