间苯三酚用于产程中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析分娩过程中应用间苯三酚的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年1—12月产科自然分娩的单胎产妇132例,以随机分配原则将其均分为对照组与观察组各66例,对照组产妇采取常规分娩干预方法未给予间苯三酚,观察组产妇以常规分娩干预方法为基础给予间苯三酚80 mg肌肉注射,比较两组产妇第一产程活跃期、第二产程与第三产程时间及妊娠结局。结果观察组的第一产程活跃期时间、第二产程时间[(131.9±27.5)min,(62.0±11.8)min]均优于对照组[(154.6±30.8)min,(91.3±17.7)min],两组相比(t=4.466,11.190;P<0.05);但第三产程时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组产妇自然分娩率、阴道助产率、新生儿窒息率与呼吸窘迫症发生率(86.36%,12.12%,0.00%,1.52%)均优于对照组(63.64%,25.76%,3.03%,9.09%),P<0.05。结论间苯三酚应用于产妇分娩中能够减缩产程,并优化妊娠结局。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of phloroglucinol in labor. Methods A total of 132 single-birth maternity women were randomlyassigned to obstetrics from January to December 2017 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 66 cases in each group. The control group had routine interventions for labor delivery. The phloroglucinol was given to the observation group. The mothers in the observation group were given intramuscular injection of phloroglucinol 80 mg on the basis of the routine delivery intervention method. The active period of the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor and the pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared. Results The active period time and the second labor time of the first stage of labor in the observation group were（131.9±27.5） min,（62.0±11.8） min. All were significantly better than the control group [（154.6±30.8） min,（91.3±17.7） min]. Compared with the two groups（t =4.466,11.190; P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference in the third stage of labor（P〉0.05）. The rates of spontaneous delivery, vaginal delivery, neonatal asphyxia, and respiratory distress（86.36%, 12.12%, 0.00%, 1.52%） in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（63.64%, 25.76%, 3.03%）.（9.09%）, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of phloroglucinol in maternal delivery can reduce the labor process and optimize the outcome of pregnancy.
