中药内外合用联合推拿按摩治疗腰椎骨质增生的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药内外合用联合推拿按摩治疗腰椎骨质增生的效果并作分析比较。方法将100例腰椎骨质增生患者随机分为两组。对照组行常规中药内外合用,研究组行中药内外合用联合推拿按摩治疗。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前,研究组临床症状评分与对照组差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,研究组临床症状评分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论腰椎骨质增生应用中药内外合用联合推拿按摩治疗的临床效果确切。Objective To investigate the effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine combined with massage on lumbar hyperosteogeny, and compare them. Methods 100 patients with lumbar hyperosteogeny were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with internal and external medicine, and the study group was treated with Chinese and Western medicine combined with massage. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05; Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the clinical symptom score and the control group in the study group, P〉0.05. After treatment, the clinical symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of lumbar hyperosteogeny combined with Chinese and Western combined massage therapy is exact.
