“城镇双修”理念在小城镇环境综合整治规划中的实践探索

摘　　要：当前“城市双修”是我国经济新常态下实现城市发展模式和治理方式转型的重要手段,本文尝试把“双修”的理念引入到小城镇环境综合整治规划编制中,结合杭州市萧山区的小城镇整治规划实践,从景观风貌修复、生态环境修复、宜居住区建设、历史文化延续、公共设施修补、交通市政提升六个方面进行了“城市双修”策略研究,以期为相关规划提供借鉴.？Patchwork Urbanism and Ecological Restoration is a critical method to realize the transition of urban development mode and urban governance measures in China’s new normal economy. This article attempts to apply the concept of Patchwork Urbanism and Ecological Restoration into the compilation of comprehensive environmental improvement planning for small towns. Combined with the practice of small town renovation planning in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou, the research strategies of “Patchwork Urbanism and Ecological Restoration” concept were proposed from six aspects including landscape restoration, ecological environment restoration, residential area construction, historical and cultural heritage, public facilities repair and enhancement of transportation and utilities, which provide references for other relevant planning.
