摘 要:去甲肾上腺素(NE)是人体内的一种重要的神经递质.研究了去甲肾上腺素在电沉积镍-碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学响应.结果表明,在0.1 mol/L磷酸缓冲液(pH=5)中,NE在该电极上显示出良好的电化学响应,其峰电位差为51mV,峰电流与扫速成正比,表明NE在该电极上的电化学过程受吸附控制.优化了实验条件,根据其不同扫速下的峰电位与扫速对数的关系,可以确定其在该电极上的电子转移系数为0.021s^(-1).在该电极上,NE峰电流与浓度在1×10^(-6)-2.4×10^(-4) mol/L范围内呈现良好线性关系,可以用于NE的测定.用该方法对模拟样品和实际样品进行了测定,回收率在95.2%-102.4%之间.Noradrenaline is a kind of important neurotransmitter in human body.The electrochemical response of NE on electrodeposited Ni-CNTs modified electrode was investigated.It is found that NE shows its favorable electrochemical response with peak potential difference of 57 mV and symmetrical peak currents on the proposed electrode in pH 5 phosphate buffer solution,and that the electrochemical response of NE is controlled by surface process.The experimental conditions were optimized and based on the Laviron equation,and the rate constant can be calculated to be 0.021 s(-1),and the electrochemical response of NE can be deduced to be a quasi-reversible process on the proposed electrode.The peak current is linear to its concentration from 1×10(-6) to 2.4×10(-4) mol/L with detection limit of 4×10(-7) mol/L(3σ/N).The proposed methods has also been used to determine simulated and actual samples with recoveries of 95.2-102.4%.
