甘露消毒丹加减治疗湿热蕴毒型手足口病患儿临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察甘露消毒丹加减治疗湿热蕴毒型手足口病患儿的临床疗效。方法将60例手足口病患儿随机分为试验组和对照组各30例。对照组给予常规西医对症支持治疗;试验组在常规治疗基础上加用甘露消毒丹加减治疗,3d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,共6d。观察2组患儿治愈率、体温恢复正常时间、口腔疱疹愈合时间、手足皮疹消退时间以及肠道病毒治疗前后的变化情况。结果治疗组在治愈率、体温恢复正常时间、口腔疱疹愈合时间、手足皮疹消退时间均优于对照组,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05~0.01);治疗组治疗后肠道病毒改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论甘露消毒丹加减治疗手足口病具有较好的临床疗效,可有效抑制手足口病患儿肠道病毒,值得临床推广。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of modified Ganlu Xiaodu Dan in the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease of damp-heat accumulation toxin syndrome.METHODS Sixty children with hand,foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,and 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine for symptomatic treatment.On the basis of the conventional treatment,the experiment group was also treated with modified Ganlu Xiaodu Dan.Three days were taken as one course,and the treatment was last for two courses,that is,6 days totally.Cure rate,time for body temperature recovery,healing time of oral herpes,disappearing time of hand and foot rash and changes of enterovirus before and after treatment in two groups were observed.RESULTS Cure rate,time for body temperature recovery,healing time of oral herpes,disappearing time of hand and foot rash in the treatment group all better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.After the treatment,the improvement of the changes of enterovirus was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Modified Ganlu Xiaodu Dan has good clinical effect in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease.It can effectively inhibit enterovirus in children with hand,foot and mouth disease,which worthy of clinical promotion.
