术前预保温对老年腹部手术患者效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察老年腹部手术患者应用术前预保温的干预效果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2017年10月在我院接受腹部手术治疗的120例老年患者临床资料,按干预模式不同分两组,每组60例,对照组行围术期常规干预,观察组在其基础增加术前预保温干预,比较两组体温变化、凝血功能及应激指标等。结果观察组T2、T3、T4的体温较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组PT、TT、APTT和FIB低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组BG、Cor含量均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组术后不良反应率11.67%低于对照组53.33%(P<0.05)。结论老年腹部手术患者应用术前预保温有助于维持围术期体温稳定,降低应激性,预防凝血障碍,并减少不良反应,效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of pre-warming intervention on the elderly patients with abdominal surgery. Methods Clinical data of 120 elderly patients underwent abdominal surgeries from January 2016 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the difference in intervention models,patients were divided into 2 groups,60 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine perioperative intervention,while the pre-warming intervention was added to the observation group. Blood coagulation,temperature and the stress index were compared between the two groups. Results Body temperature of T2,T3 and T4 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）,PT,TT,APTT and FIB in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）,contents of BG and Cor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0. 05）,the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 11. 67%,which was lower than that in the control group（53. 33%,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Preoperative pre-warming in elderly patients with abdominal surgeries can help to maintain perioperative temperature stability, reduce stress, prevent clotting disorders and reduce adverse reactions, which proves to be with significant effects.
