玻璃酸钠、臭氧联合注射术配合温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察玻璃酸钠、臭氧联合膝关节腔注射术,配合温针灸以及膝关节功能锻炼治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将86例膝骨关节炎患者按随机原则分为治疗组和对照组各43例,治疗组采用玻璃酸钠、臭氧联合膝关节腔注射术,配合温针灸以及膝关节功能锻炼。对照组采用单纯玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射,配合温针灸以及膝关节功能锻炼。采用VAS视觉模拟量表评估疼痛程度及采用Lysholm表对膝关节活动功能评分。结果:治疗组采用玻璃酸钠、臭氧联合膝关节腔注射术,配合温针灸以及膝关节功能锻炼治疗后4周、半年后VAS及Lysholm评分表结果显示疗效均高于对照组采用单纯玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射,配合温针灸以及膝关节功能锻炼。结论:玻璃酸钠、臭氧联合膝关节腔注射术,配合温针灸以及膝关节功能锻炼治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效优于单纯玻璃酸钠膝关节腔注射,配合温针灸以及膝关节功能锻炼治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of sodium hyaluronate,ozone and knee joint intra-articular injection combined with warm acupuncture and knee-joint functional exercise in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：According to the principle of randomness,86 patients who were diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis were divided into treatment group（43 cases）and control group（43 cases）.The treatment group was treated with hyaluronic acid Sodium,ozone joint knee cavity injection,with warm acupuncture and knee functional exercise.The control group was injected sodium hyaluronate knee joint,with warm acupuncture and knee joint functional exercise.VAS visual analog scale was used to evaluate the degree of pain and the Lysholm scale was used to evaluate knee function.Results：After treatment with sodium hyaluronate and ozone combined with intra-articular injection of knee joint for4 weeks after treatment with warm acupuncture and knee joint functional exercise,the results of VAS and Lysholm score six months later showed that the therapeutic effect was higher than that of the control group using simple sodium hyaluronate knee cavity injection,with warm acupuncture and knee functional exercises.Conclusion：Sodium hyaluronate,combined with intra-articular injection of ozone and knee-joint functional exercises and warm acupuncture and moxibustion are better than simple injection of sodium hyaluronate into the knee joint cavity with warm acupuncture and knee joint exercises therapeutic effect of osteoarthritis.
