针灸耳穴配合中医定向透药治疗脾虚痰阻型肥胖伴高脂血症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸耳穴配合中医定向透药治疗脾虚痰阻型肥胖伴高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选择脾虚痰阻型肥胖伴高脂血症患者80例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(采取饮食管理与温针灸治疗)与研究组(在对照组的基础上配合耳穴与中医定向透药治疗),每组各40例。评价两组治疗前与治疗后(两个疗程)体质量、BMI、腰围、臀围的变化,以及血脂情况。评价两组治疗两个疗程后的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,研究组体质量、BMI、腰围、臀围均低于对照组(P均<0.05);TG、TC与LDL-C低于对照组(P均<0.05),HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者临床疗效对比中,研究组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05)。结论:针灸、耳穴配合中医定向透药治疗脾虚痰阻型肥胖伴高脂血症具有降脂与减肥双重功效,可以应用于临床。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion at the auricular point combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of obesity with spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction with hyperlipidemia.Methods：Spleen phlegm type obesity 80 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group（took diet management and warm acupuncture treatment）and study group（on the basis of the control group with traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular orientation through drug therapy）each of the 40 cases.The changes of body mass,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference and blood lipid in the two groups before and after treatment（2 courses of treatment）were evaluated.The clinical efficacy of two groups after 2 courses of treatment was evaluated.Results：After treatment,body weight,BMI,waist circumference and hip circumference in the study group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,TG,TC and LDL-C were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and HDL-C was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the study group in the two groups was 95%,higher than the control group 75%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture,auricular acupoint combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat spleen deficiency and phlegm obstructing obesity with hyperlipidemia has the double effect of reducing fat and reducing weight,which is suitable for clinical popularization.
