摘 要:多糖是自然界中一类重要的天然大分子物质,因其具有良好的抗肿瘤、降血糖、抗氧化及免疫调节等生理功能而备受关注.文章对近几年有关天然活性多糖提取分离、纯化及其结构解析方法进行讨论,并总结出以"生理功能-有效组分-提取工艺"为核心的天然活性多糖研究思路,以期为天然多糖的相关研究及其开发利用提供参考.Natural active polysaccharides are one kind of the most important biological macromolecules in nature. They have been drawing the attention of domestic and overseas scholars because of its widely biological activity,such as anti-tumor,anti-oxidant and immune modulation.In this paper,the research progresses on extraction,separation,purification and structural characterization of natural active polysaccharides in recent years were discussed,and we summarize that the research ideas of pharmacologic action,active components and extraction technology could be taken as the key method for natural active polysaccharides. It will provide some information for the further research and development of natural active polysaccharides.
