三年生玉竹与黄精功能成分比较研究

摘　　要：玉竹和黄精同属百合科,在中药中的作用相似,但略有差异,为进一步探究它们的功能成分含量差异,实验以三年生玉竹和黄精为材料,采用紫外分光光度计法以及火焰原子吸收法对其功能成分进行了比较研究.结果表明,三年生黄精多糖含量为82.41 mg/g,高于三年生玉竹14%;但3年生黄精的黄酮含量为0.78 mg/g,略低于3年生玉竹;微量元素分析表明,黄精中Ca含量高于玉竹31%,M g和M n含量都低于玉竹,玉竹和黄精中Fe含量无显著差异,Zn、Cu最少,都不足1μg/g.For the development and utilization of wild Actinidia arguta Planch resource,this paper taked wild Actinidia arguta in Jilin and Actinidia chinensis as rawmaterials,using liquid chromatography（ HPLC）,ultraviolet spectrophotometer,and the method of flame atomic absorption functional component carried on the comparative study. The results showed that the polysaccharide content of Actinidia arguta was 8. 85 mg/g,four times that of Actinidia Chinensis Planch,and flavonoids content was 4. 28 mg/g,7. 6 times of the Actinidia chinensis Planch. VC content in Actinidia arguta was 1. 34 mg/g,higher than that of Actinidia chinensis Planc. Actinidia arguta Planch of Fe,Mn,Zn,Ca element content was 3. 45,0. 26,0. 85 and 24. 7 μg/g,was much higher than the Actinidia chinensis Planch.
