“黄禹锡事件”后韩国科研诚信的治理特征与启示

摘　　要：有效的科研诚信治理措施在科学事业健康发展中发挥着重要作用。"黄禹锡事件"爆发后,韩国加大了对科研诚信的治理力度,并取得了一定成效。本文基于韩国科研诚信法律体系和治理路径的分析,从科研诚信的相关概念、审查流程、法律制度、机构设置等方面对韩国科研诚信的治理特征进行梳理和归纳,进而为我国的科研诚信治理提供参考。Effective governing strategy on research integrity is the key factor for promoting healthy development of science. With its steady governing strategies, Korea has achieved some success on research integrity after Hwang Woo-suk's scandal. Focusing on the law structures and governing path of research integrity in Korea, this paper found the governing features of research integrity in Korea from the related concepts, review process, legal pluralism and institutional set-up. Finally it discussed the implications for the governance of research integrity in China.
